A 14-year employee developed a degenerative condition and required a medical leave of absence with a life threatening illness.  Upon returning to work the employee required reasonable accommodations, which were not granted and the employee was terminated under false allegations of theft.  We were able to obtain a 7-figure settlement prior to trial.
